About VCF

The Veterans Charitable Foundation is a non-profit organization that assists wounded Veterans and their families in need. VCF is committed to support and represent Veterans of the Nation at home and abroad.

The founder of the VCF, LTC David Khorguashvili (Georgian Army, RET) has been working with wounded veterans for over a decade.

During his assignment as a Senior OIC of the first Georgian Contingent in Afghanistan, he was escorting wounded soldiers and US Marines to medical facilities in Europe and continental US.
